New Elvis Harley Makes Its Debut In Memphis

The first picture of the Elvis Presley Harley Davidson bicycle. Less than an hour ago, our 'worker in Memphis', sent us this picture.

The 'unveiling' of the Elvis Harley took place at the Elvis Presley Plaza across from Graceland, the ceremony was hosted by COA Jack Soden.

The Harley made its debut when 'See See Rider' played in the speakers.

The first prototype was sold for 100.000 $US.

It seems that more people are interested in the Elvis Harley than bikes are available.

EPE/Harley Davidson decided that a 'good luck lottery' would point out the 30 lucky new owners.

Graceland's First National Tourism Ad Campaign

The folks who market the late Elvis Presley on Monday will unveil the first national ad campaign for Graceland. The King's 13-acre estate in Memphis, in an effort to rock 'n' roll tourism there this summer andstrike up the brand. TV spots and a dedicated website will feature the theme "Discover your Inner Elvis" in a summer-long promotion that also commemorates the 30th anniversary of Presley's death.

The new website, DiscoverElvis.com, will offer Graceland news and admission discounts.

Elvis Presley and Seline Dion duet

CELINE DION made TV history in America last night when she performed live with ELVIS PRESLEY.

The duet of Elvis Presley and Celine Dion performing 'If I Can Dream' on the American Idol TV show became a reality last night as millions of American viewers watched as host Ryan Seacrest announced "Celine Dion is travelling back to the year she was born, 1968, to sing with the man who is and always will be the worlds GREATEST Idol". The breathtaking duet of 'If I Can Dream' with Elvis and Celine Dion has caused a stir across the globe, newspapers call it historic, some have even stated that the Idols Give Back show was dull and was only saved by the emotionally charged duet.............And yet EPE look set to allow this jaw-dropping performance to fall into music obscurity just like they did with the duet 'Don't Cry Daddy' performed by Elvis and Lisa Marie.

Todd Morgan of Elvis Presley Enterprises wrote, "This was a one-time, stand-alone event for last night's Idol Gives Back special and an iTunes video download only." He also states "No release of the video on DVD is in the works."

Elvis exhibition

A lot of rare and personal belongings of Elvis will been shown at the Queen Elisabethbethhall in Antwerp Belgium on the 9th of June 2007 and at the 10th of June at 'de Kunstmin' Dordrecht in Holland. It will be a real treat to the fans to see all the memorabilia, it's an unique exhibition with for example the black guitar which Elvis bought in 1959 during his service in Germany.
